Q: Can I visit your shops / why aren't your physical addresses online?
A: We do not operate retail storefronts, only fabrication shops & warehouses. Bottom line, this keeps your prices lower. As a result our insurance policy does not allow clients to visit our shops or offices. However, certain items ARE available for pick-up at our Ohio warehouse location, by appointment. Q: Can you come to my site for an assessment, and how do your installations work?
A: 95% of our installations originate with a remote assessment using photos & specs. This keeps us cost & time efficient, ensuring we are available for your installation when you need us. In the era of camera-phones & email, we don't feel it's practical or fair to charge you several hundred dollars to do something you can probably do in less than 1 minute. Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship as many of our batting cage systems as possible from our fabrication shop & warehouse in Ohio. All other items ship direct from the respective manufacturers. This keeps shipping costs lower, maintains the full warranty, and expedites service.

Q: Are your items in stock?
A: This depends on the item, but typically most are in stock & ship within 1-2 days. Please inquire with us for specifics if your timeline is urgent.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: The manufacturer's return policy & warranty will apply. Please review our detailed terms & conditions for more info.

Q: Do you price-match?
A: Yes, and we also often beat any competitor's price. Just email a link to another website and we will respond within 1 day with a price confirmation.
